Performance race coaching for Club Topper sailors. This course will look at the theory of performance sailing and applying it in a practical series of on water exercises, which will build confidence and sailing techniques.

Coaching will run from 11.30 – 14.00 on Sundays. Boats rigged and ready by 11.45 please.

There will be 8 sessions starting on the 14th January.

If there is any squad weekends we will not run coaching that weekend. If the weather is poor we will do theory and boat preparation and set –up.

Event is open to those who have their own boat and racing experience.

The cost will be £40  and a bookings can be made on the Club website from  Wednesday evening the 10th January.
