SUMMARY:Topper Performance Coaching
DESCRIPTION:Performance race coaching for Club Topper sailors. This course 
 will look at the theory of performance sailing and applying it in a practi
 cal series of on water exercises\, which will build confidence and sailing
  techniques.\n\nCoaching will run from 11.30 – 14.00 on Sundays. Boats r
 igged and ready by 11.45 please.\n\nThere will be 8 sessions starting on t
 he 14th January.\n\nIf there is any squad weekends we will not run coachin
 g that weekend. If the weather is poor we will do theory and boat preparat
 ion and set –up.\n\nEvent is open to those who have their own boat and r
 acing experience.\n\nThe cost will be £40  and a bookings can be made on
  the Club website from  Wednesday evening the 10th January.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\
