Membership runs from 1st November and is reduced pro rata for each full month of joining until 31st October + joining fee.

New members are always welcome at Donaghadee Sailing Club. You don’t need to have any previous sailing experience! We have a diverse bunch of members with a wide range of ages and sailing ability.
Even if you are not a sailor, then DSC is also for you. We have an active social calendar with a dedicated social committee organising events all year round.Some of our members simply enjoy the family friendly ‘apres sailing’ atmosphere to be had in the clubhouse bar whilst taking in the breathtaking views across Donaghadee Sound.

Full Member

No voting rights within the 1st year
Fee: £154 (+ £10 joining fee)
Family Membership
Two adult members and any number of children under 18/in full-time education
1 vote per family
Fee: £221 (+ £10 joining fee)
Spouse
All the benefits of a full member, but with no vote
Fee: £53 (+ £10 joining fee)
Junior/Student
Under 18 or in full-time education.
Full membership benefits, but no vote
Fee: £55 (+ £10 joining fee)
**We are once again trying to secure funding to enable us to offer a special introductory offer available for Juniors join DSC to participate in the 2023 RYA OnBoard / Bright Night Sailing scheme, and will only be accepted on registration event in May, 1 membership per child, and is recurring at normal annual membership fee unless cancelled.
Non-sailing

** Discounted £10 joining fee is only applicable if the person(s) wishing to join DSC opt to pay their membership fees by Direct Debit, and entitles them to a Membership / Pre loadable payment card accepted for all club activities.

Dinghy & Boat Park Storage
Have your own boat? We have two boat storage areas which are secure and located beside a large slipway. Storage can be added to your membership for a modest cost.
All boats stored in our parks must have insurance, with value to £2m liability and are stored at the owners risk
