An opportunity to undertake an annual refresher training for all Club members who hold the Level 2 powerboat and or safety boat certificates, this will facilitate the safe and smooth running of activities and events.

The training will focus on safety boat logistics, mooring,  fuelling, dealing with capsized boats as well as the use of the two rigiflex ‘Tango’s’.

The Club has a championship event in May, namely the  2 day Topper event , and plan to run the RYA OnBoard ‘Bright Night Sailing’ again throughout the summer on Friday evenings.

This is a free event for DSC members, Booking for this event is required for our records, so please turn up for this informative day.

Required for all rescue boat helms. Hold L2 or safety boat – 2/3 sessions will be run over the day to accommodate everyone.
