Another opportunity of the 2021 season for our RYA Youth L3 & 4 full training courses. The course may operate slightly differently than previous years to comply fully with current Covid19 restrictions.

The executive restrictions have now changed to allow us to resume training, albeit with caution and mitigation in place to ensure the safety of our club members and instructors.

Participants will receive a DSC ‘snood’ style face covering, and we’d ask that it is worn when required on and off the water. DSC operate the ‘Hands, Space, and Face’ policy on all our training courses, and we would ask that all participants abide by these guidelines to ensure the safety of everyone.p

Please come prepared to go afloat, bring suncream warm hats and also a towel and a change of clothes for the way home in the car, a fleece would also be useful as our classroom is although covered and heated as required is outside.

Changing and shower facilities will be open in the afternoon after sailing for a limited time, but please arrive dressed and ready to go afloat in the mornings. Wetsuits will be available but must be taken home and rinsed and dried for the following day, and returned at the end of the week for sanitation.
