Wow adventure day.

As part of the RYA NI’s Active Clubs Initiative Donaghadee Sailing Club were the first Club to offer the WOW programme which is a fantastic opportunity for women to get out on the water and get an introduction / taster on how to sail, canoe, stand up paddle board, or try powerboats on one of our ribs. WOW focuses on the social aspect of water sport rather than being competitive so it will be a great way to meet new people as well as having fun and keeping fit! Our sailing programme will use the very stable Laser Stratos keel boats alleviating and fears of capsize, unfortunately no guarantee of staying dry  during the Stand-up Paddleboard session. 😉

After a warm shower  participants are encouraged to retire to the Clubhouse bar for a well-deserved coffee or a drink and learn about what the Club has to offer.
