DESCRIPTION:WOW-WE 2024\nAre you a woman looking to get into sailing or alr
 eady taking part?\nFancy getting on the water in a fun\, friendly and safe
  environment with likeminded women?\nDonaghadee Sailing Club’s Women on 
 Water on Wednesday Evenings (WOW-WE) encourages ladies to enjoy water rela
 ted activities safely. There is more than just sailing on offer! Sailing d
 inghies and ribs will be available every session. We can arrange paddleboa
 rding sessions or a snorkelling session on request. There may also be an o
 pportunity to experience keelboat sailing. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids can 
 be provided.\nWe are a mixed ability group\, from total beginner to round 
 the world sailors. Our common aim is to encourage\, support and help each 
 other on the water\, whilst also having a giggle and gossip.\nWOW-WE activ
 ities take place on Wednesday evenings at 19:00 from May 15th through to t
 he end of the summer or when the nights get too short. We’ve created a 4
  week introductory session\, so 4 consecutive weeks weather permitting*. 
  The cost for Non Members of DSC is £35\, this can be deducted from a mem
 bership application if you would like to continue after the 4 weeks!\nSess
 ion 1: 15 May – 5 JuneSession 2: 12 June – 3 JulySession 3: 10 July 
 – 31 JulySession 4: 7 August – 28 August\n*  If the weather prohibits
  sailing one evening we will endeavour to carry your time over to the foll
 owing session\, space permitting.\nAlthough all Donaghadee SC members can 
 take part in the 4 week sessions free of charge – social members would b
 e required to upgrade to a sailing member after the free 4 week sessions i
 f they wished to continue on the water on a regular basis.\nTo book your p
 lace please fill in your details below (all fields are mandatory and all d
 ata in handled in compliance with the DSC GDPR policy).\n\nOn the water fo
 r 7.30pm so arrive early perhaps an hour before your 1st session ~ 6 30pm 
 to allow time to get ready\, try on equipment etc\, and half an hour there
 after.\nUsually on water for an hour\, or more if the weather is nice and 
 the gossip good.\nJoin us for a cold beverage or a cup of tea in the clubh
 ouse bar after a warm shower.\nSwapping type of activity or sailing boat t
 ype during sessions – we can be flexible\, if it really doesn’t suit.\
 nAnyone needing wet gear\, should request what they need when booking\, ie
  wetsuit (don’t worry we’ll all be wearing them on a dinghy\, but not
