SUMMARY:RYA Youth Start Racing & Intermediate Racing 2023 season #1
DESCRIPTION:The first opportunity of the 2023 season for our RYA Youth  St
 art Racing followed by Intermediate / Club Racing as a full training cours
 es. Build on the expertise you've already achieved over the summer season 
 and get ready to participate  in club and or regional racing events. Open
  to DSC members and tor any young people aged 8 - 18 years of age.\n\nHope
 fully back to some normality this year\,  however we'll observe and imple
 ment best practise &amp\; procedures at DSC during our courses.\n\nThis is
  the part of the RYA Youth National sailing scheme - Having learnt to sail
  you may wish to start racing and join a club. This course takes you throu
 gh the fundamentals of getting off the start line and round the course\, i
 ntroducing the basic skills needed to enter your first race or have fun wi
 th friends\n\nhttps://www.rya.org.uk/training/courses/dinghy-start-racing-
 drace\n\nPlease come prepared to go afloat\, bring sun cream warm hats and
  also a towel\, and a change of clothes for the way home in the car\, a fl
 eece would also be useful as although our classroom is  heated  it can b
 e cool when coming off the water and we often use the outside space.\n\nCh
 anging and shower facilities will be available\, but please arrive ready t
 o go afloat in the mornings. Wetsuits will be available\, but must be take
 n home and rinsed / dried at the end of the day and returned at the end of
  the week for sanitation.\n\nThis is a 4 day course.\n\nParticipants must 
 already have their RYA Youth Stage 1\,2\,3 &amp\; 4 to join this course!\n
