 !\nBooking this session requires your child to have been pre registered on
  the DSC website prior to this event. Unfortunately at this time we cannot
  accept any further registrations.\n\nBooking this session requires your c
 hild to have been pre registered with DSC as a Bright Nights sailing membe
 r prior to this event. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept any fur
 ther registrations.\n\nThis page is for booking the all sessions of the ev
 ening\, 6.15pm - 9.15 for the helm's only - your child must have successfu
 lly completed RYA Junior / Youth L1\,2\,3 &amp\; 4 to helm at the DSC BNS 
 / RYA OnBoard &amp\; have undertaken a refresher or assessment .\n\nPlease
  arrive at the club dressed &amp\; ready to go sailing\, as promptly as po
 ssible and 15 mins before your session starts to facilitate booking onto o
 ur safety system\, allocating to a dinghy for the session and changeover f
 rom a previous session.\n\nHelms are asked to enter the rear courtyard via
  the double gates\, and register on arrival\, and stay in the courtyard un
 til escorted across the road by a DSC volunteer. Parents may stay and rela
 x  in either the bar area\, the courtyard\, or the promenade to watch the
  sailing.\n\nHelms will be escorted by a nominated adult across the road t
 o the slipway before the session and back to the rear courtyard afterwards
 . Helms will be given a temporary armband as a tagging system is in operat
 ion\, please ensure this is surrendered before leaving the facility.\n\nWe
  offer 3 sessions\, and appreciate the helm's may have to arrive late or g
 o home early. We only have a finite amount of resources to run this event 
 - and are limited by the RYA safety ratios\, these only permit us to opera
 te with a number of participants to safety crew - if you'd like to volunte
 er to help out as a safety crew etc please make yourself known to a volunt
 eer. Thank You.\n\nDSC will endeavour to extend offer a session to all tho
 se registered and paid for the RYA OnBoard membership\, the event is a boo
 k only event\, please do not turn up expecting a place\, it's unfortunatel
 y 1st come 1st serve with the booking system on the website\, this opens a
 utomatically every Tuesday at 7pm for reservations. We will try to accommo
 date further 'non DSC member' participants during a the season weather &am
 p\; resource permitting.\n\nWe cannot control the weather\, adverse weathe
 r and or strong winds may deem the session to be cancelled or curtailed. S
 afety of our young people is paramount\, therefore the DSC official / volu
 nteer on the evening has the responsibility and authority to make this dif
 ficult decision.\n\n&nbsp\;
