DESCRIPTION:\n 	\n\nWelcome Back to DSC for BNS 2025!\nBooking this session
  requires your child to be an existing member of DSC\, or have been regist
 ered &amp\; paid for at DSC as a Bright Nights 2025 sailing member at the 
 registration evening in May. Unfortunately at this time we cannot accept a
 ny further registrations. Those on the reserve list will be contacted dire
 ctly if spaces are available.\nThis page is for booking the 2nd session of
  the evening\, starting at 7.30pm\, and on the water for 8pm.\nPlease arri
 ve at the club dressed &amp\; ready to go sailing\, as promptly as possibl
 e before your session starts to facilitate booking onto our safety system\
 , allocating\n\nto a dinghy / helm for the session and changeover from a p
 revious session.\n\nParticipants are asked to enter the rear courtyard via
  the double gates\, and register on arrival\, and stay in the courtyard un
 til escorted across the road by a DSC volunteer. Parents may stay and rela
 x  in either the bar area\, the courtyard\, or the promenade to watch the
  sailing.\n\nParticipants will be escorted by a nominated adult across the
  road to the slipway before the session and back to the rear courtyard aft
 erwards. Participants will be given a numbered &amp\; coloured armband as 
 a tagging system is in operation\, please ensure this is surrendered befor
 e leaving the facility.\n\nWe offer 2 sessions\, and appreciate the early 
 one is  nearly everyone's first preference. We only have a finite amount 
 of resources to run this event - and are limited by the RYA safety ratios\
 , these only permit us to operate with a number of participants to safety 
 crew - if you'd like to volunteer to help out as a safety crew etc please 
 make yourself known to a volunteer. Thank You.\n\nDSC will endeavour to ex
 tend offer a session to all those registered and paid for the RYA OnBoard 
 membership\, the event is a book only event\, please do not turn up expect
 ing a place\, it's unfortunately 1st come 1st serve with the booking syste
 m on the website\, this opens automatically every Tuesday at 7pm for reser
 vations.\n\nWe will try to accommodate further 'non DSC member' participan
 ts during a the season weather &amp\; resource permitting.\n\nWe are all v
 olunteers at DSC - please be respectful towards our 'Volunteer staff'! It 
 takes a significant amount of time and effort to run this event\, from adm
 in to flipping burgers on the bbq!\n\nWe cannot control the weather\, adve
 rse weather and or strong winds may deem the session to be cancelled or cu
 rtailed. Safety of our young people is paramount\, therefore the DSC offic
 ial / volunteer on the evening has the responsibility and authority to mak
 e this difficult decision.
