DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to close off Summer with an event?\n\nI know it h
 asn’t been a great summer(to date)\, however we have a heatwave of an ev
 ent organised specially for you!\nSailing\, BBQ\, Prize Giving and summer 
 tunes from a DJ.\nFor catering purposes please book online and let’s mak
 e this one a great one.\nYou can hibernate for a while after this one!\nOh
  and We’ve organised good sailing weather\;\n\nWe'll firm up any final t
 imings for the event shortly\, but sailing will start on the water shortly
  after lunchtime\, with first gun planned for 1.30pm - 3 races back to bac
 k in a towns cup format\,  bbq will be ready for 6pm followed by the priz
 e giving\, the DJ will be rocking out those summer tunes until 11pm\, and 
 the bar has a late license for the evening.\n\nSounds like a full on day\,
