DESCRIPTION:Something that's been on the cards for a whilst (pre Covid) was
  a short social trip in our small cruisers with a mothership for safety an
 d company\, up the North Channel to the beautiful Glens of Antrim - to Gle
 narm Marina.\n\nhttps://www.midandeastantrim.gov.uk/resident/sport-and-lei
 sure/harbours-marinas/glenarm-marina\n\nWe've a wealth of experience for '
 big boats' at DSC\, many of our members are accomplished off shore sailors
 \, so this is a chance for some of our dinghy sailors to try out cruising.
 \n\nThe intention is to take as many smaller privately owned cruisers for 
 an overnight trip to Glenarm on the Saturday and back again Sunday\, over 
 the Jubilee weekend 4-5th June. Leaving Donaghadee at 10.00am for a favour
 able tide.\n\nThere's a few bigger cruisers coming along\, and consequentl
 y room for someone wanting to come along for the experience and craic.\n\n
 Please bring gear you don't mind getting wet including old trainers. Buoya
 ncy aids will be provided.\n\nNo previous experience required.\n\nYou must
  be a member of DSC for you to participate in this event!\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&n
