DESCRIPTION:Join us for an evening's craic\, and enjoy a delicious Burn's N
 ight Supper prepared by the 'Grumpy Old Gits'\, with friends to celebrate 
 this traditional Scottish cultural event!\n\nThe first Burns supper was he
 ld in July 1801 when nine of Burns’ close friends got together to mark t
 he fifth anniversary of their friend’s death. Taking place at Burns Cott
 age in Alloway\, the night included a tasty meal (haggis\, of course!)\, p
 erformances of Burns’ work and a speech in honour of the great Bard (now
  known as the Immortal Memory). The night was such a resounding success th
 ey decided to hold it again (this time in honour of Rabbie’s birthday)\,
  beginning the tradition we still enjoy to this day.\n\nVery limited numbe
 rs available\, as we respect the wishes of the members\, to keep this even
 t small &amp\; and in keeping with the current crisis\, so only 50 spaces!
 \n\nTables will be setup to accommodate  6 persons\, and socially distanc
 ed\, additional ventilation will be switched on\, and windows open for fre
 sh air\, face coverings should be worn when not seated and moving around t
 he premises\, hand sanitiser  will be provided\, DSC would like to thank 
 you for your compliance during these challenging times.\n\nPlease ensure y
 ou have your covid19 passport\, or proof of exemption with you to attend t
 his event (you will be asked to show it on entry to the premises)\, a lega
 l requirement for events at the club when the bar is open. Please do not a
 ttend if you or any member of your household is feeling unwell.\n\n&nbsp\;

 p\;\n\nMain Course\n\nBalmoral Chicken\n\n(Chicken Breast stuffed with hag
 gis wrapped in bacon with a whiskey cream sauce)\n\nVegetarian Lasagne\n\n
 All served with Neeps &amp\; Tatties &amp\; buttered greens.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\
 nDessert\n\nCranachan trifle\n\nwith highland short bread\n\n(a dessert of
  meringue\, toasted oatmeal\, raspberries\, cream\,\n\nhoney &amp\; whiske
 y)\n\nFollowed by a complimentary dram of scotch whiskey\, and teas or cof
 fee.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;
