DESCRIPTION:During the main part of the season  Club racing takes on Wedne
 sday nights and Sunday afternoons and is run from the race battery on the 
 south pier.\n\nFor every race day we ideally need 3 people in the battery 
 to ensure smooth running of the races.\n\nYou constantly hear that we are 
 a Club of volunteers and this is another role where you can help that is b
 oth challenging and rewarding.\n\nThis course will explain how races are s
 tarted\, controlled and finished safely by following some simple instructi
 ons.\n\nIf it sound interesting\, or sound daunting\, please come along\, 
 it really is not complicated and its good fun.\n\nCourse is free to Club m
