 persons on the water at any one time(inclusive of safety / support crews) 
 for organised competitive sport\, but mitigation measures must be observed
 \, please observe current guidelines for shore based activities\, and of c
 ourse 'Hands\, Space &amp\; Face' at all times.  Club facilities are open
  with limited numbers per facility for showers and changing\, please arriv
