PLEASE NOTE : These Sailing Instructions replace all previous editions.
The main change is an alteration to the class flags:
Fast Handicap Class Flag now Code Flag J
Slow Handicap Class Flag now Code Flag F
There are minor changes to sections 5,6and 7 so please read all instructions.

J flag is horizontal Blue/White/Blue stripes
F flag is a red diamond shape set on a white background
