Donaghadee Sailing Club
During the main part of the season Club racing takes on Wednesday nights and Sunday afternoons and is run from the race battery on the south pier.
For every race day we ideally need 3 people in the battery to ensure smooth running of the races.
You constantly hear that we are a Club of volunteers and this is another role where you can help that is both challenging and rewarding.
This course will explain how races are started, controlled and finished safely by following some simple instructions.
If it sound interesting, or sound daunting, please come along, it really is not complicated and its good fun.
Course is free to Club members
